This operational BIM management is designed to relieve the GP in this central role and proactively steer digital collaboration within the team. The process begins with creating a clear structure through the development of a robust and practical BIM Execution Plan (BEP), which defines processes, standards, and responsibilities bindingly for all project participants. On this basis, collaboration within the planning team is actively promoted: necessary coordination rounds are established and moderated, the implementation of defined BIM processes in day-to-day project work is supported, and smooth information flow on the central data platform is ensured. The top priority is to secure the quality of the digital models and make their added value usable. Through continuous Plan Quality Management (PQM) checks with tools such as Solibri and targeted support, the GP is enabled to structure and validate model content precisely for key milestones such as tendering, work preparation (AVOR), or execution.
