Powering the Cloud: Precision BIM Management for a High-Availability Datacenter

The project involved the new construction of LUPIN 3, a six-story, high-availability data center for Green Datacenter AG. The extremely high floor loads and the complex, mission-critical building services (HVACSE) placed the highest demands on integrated digital planning and coordination. Special challenges included designing for extremely high loads on all floors to accommodate data storage and technical equipment , and the underpinning of the adjacent, existing building.
