A digital model is only as valuable as the quality of its data. Our service ensures the correctness and consistency of your construction and real estate data throughout the entire lifecycle. We combine the implementation of continuous, systematic testing processes with the targeted application of variance analyses to minimize risks and maximize the reliability of your digital processes. First, we implement a robust data quality management system. Based on predefined (e.g., IDS) and custom validation rules, your native and IFC data models are automatically checked. For this, we rely on leading BIM quality assurance tools (e.g., Solibri, BIMcollab Zoom, usBIM.checker), open-source libraries (e.g., ifcOpenShell), and online services. Errors and inconsistencies are thus identified early and can be efficiently corrected. A particular specialty and the ultimate practical test is the as-built analysis. Here, we not only check the digital model against the order requirements (EIR), but also compare the actual built situation—captured using precise laser scans—directly with the BIM model. This scan-vs-BIM analysis ruthlessly uncovers geometric and object-specific deviations. In this way, you secure the quality of construction execution, avoid costly defects, and ensure that the building is delivered exactly as ordered. With this approach, we have already detected and prevented damages worth millions for our clients.
