BDF Smarts focuses on two key pillars of digitalization in the construction industry: BIM services and digital construction site communication. With the "BIM@BDFsmart implementation concept" (digital twin), construction companies are supported from strategic assessment to successful implementation. The service actively assists clients and companies in BIM management as well as in tenders and offers customized practical courses for the paperless construction site. Complementing this, the "DAI solution" transforms project communication: as a web-based platform, it enables administrations, site managers, and project teams to provide transparent, digital resident information about construction projects in real time.
