3D inventory modeling for building operations

3D inventory modeling for building operations

Turns plans and point clouds into lightweight, space-centered 3D models for everyday use in facility management. Enables you to keep track of assets, notifications, and tasks. A pragmatic minimal BIM solution for space and room inventories. The models are ready to use right away—without the overhead of heavy BIM.

This is a lightweight, fast solution optimized for large and complex portfolios: the platform transforms existing documents (such as floor plans, blueprints, historical hand drawings, or 3D scan point clouds) into simple, space-centered 3D models that can be used immediately without the overhead of heavy BIM. The process takes place in four steps until a lightweight 3D model is available for direct use in a web dashboard: First, the documents (plans or scans) are transmitted; these are prepared for the project. This is followed by a quote with scope, fixed price, and delivery time. Next, a lightweight room volume model is created and loaded directly into the web dashboard, where it is immediately ready for use and sharing for planning and reporting. The model can be published, expanded, or populated with assets, with integrations (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit) and IFC exports provided. Common use cases include room classification (e.g., according to SIA 416), ticket management, target/actual comparison (3D scans vs. model), and asset management.
