The process begins by creating a clear structure through the development of a robust and practical BIM execution plan (BEP), which defines binding processes, standards, and responsibilities for all project participants. On this basis, collaboration within the planning team is actively supported: required coordination meetings are established and moderated, the application of defined BIM processes in day-to-day project work is guided, and smooth information flow on the central data platform is ensured. The primary objective is to secure the quality of digital models and make their value usable.
