This creates a seamless digital data flow that avoids redundancies according to the “once-only” principle and ensures complete, audit-proof traceability. We establish a central source of information (“single source of truth”) that not only optimizes daily operations and maintenance but also increases efficiency on the construction site and provides management with a solid basis for decision-making.
